1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 5099 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other available service channel — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 5099 platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 5099 as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any amendments.
The 5099 platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are using the platform solely in a personal capacity.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 5099 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances. 5099 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 5099 support team immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Restrictions
Users of the 5099 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or platform-compromising activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Committing payment fraud or using unauthorised payment methods;
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without authorisation;
- Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the platform's technical systems;
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in ways not permitted under the offer's terms and conditions.
5099 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, reversing transactions, or reporting to the relevant authorities. All decisions made by 5099 in this regard are final.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 5099 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, Maybank2u, MAE, and CIMB Clicks. 5099 does not accept payments in foreign currencies.
Successful deposits are credited to your account within a timeframe that varies depending on the chosen payment method. If a deposit is not received within the expected period, please contact customer support with your proof of transaction for further review.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may include identity verification and security checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen method. 5099 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are discrepancies in account records or where bonus requirements have not been fully met.
All rollover requirements associated with bonuses or promotions must be met before any bonus balance may be withdrawn. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bonus balance being forfeited without compensation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Liability Limits
The 5099 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information. 5099 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account.
In no event shall 5099's total maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
5099 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, hacking attempts, or instruction from the relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to identity verification and full compliance with any outstanding bonus requirements.
